Job opportunities

Founded in 2020, the MINDI Consortium is supported by the Research Support Partnership Program for Technological Innovation (PITE-FAPESP) and aims to deliver late-stage candidates to be clinically developed for malaria, Chagas disease and visceral leishmaniasis and to build a world-class academic drug discovery center for tropical diseases in Latin America.

The two academic institutions involved in the project, Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and Universidade de São Paulo (USP), are world-class research institutions based in Latin America.

The two leading international drug discovery organizations – Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) and Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV) – involved in the project have a significant track record in discovering and developing novel drug treatments for neglected patients.

We regularly seek researchers willing to play a leading role within the drug discovery project (e.g. synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, parasitology, DMPK, safety, formulation), and we post job opportunities on the website.

Will you help us make the history of drug discovery in Brazil?
